Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the studioNOW ecosystem (studioNOW Hub, renderNOW and related apps), operated by businessNOW s.r.o. ("we", "us"), Slovakia. By creating an account or using our software, you agree to these Terms.
1. License
Subject to your active subscription and these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software for your own use. Plans and device limits:
- Solo — 1 device, individual use.
- Team — up to 3 devices, small-team use.
You may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or circumvent license enforcement.
2. Free trial
Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and the applicable fee is charged automatically.
3. Billing & payments
Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and applicable taxes (EU VAT, sales tax). Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually, per your plan) until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout and may be updated for future billing periods with notice.
4. Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel anytime from the customer portal; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and does not renew. Refund requests are handled in line with Paddle's buyer terms and applicable EU consumer law — contact support@studionow.app and we will help.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the software for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, or to disrupt or abuse the service or its infrastructure.
6. Intellectual property
The software, brand, and all related IP remain the property of businessNOW s.r.o. Content you create with the software is yours; we claim no ownership over your outputs.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, businessNOW s.r.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Termination
You may stop using the software and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
